Sum's it up really when David Luis is in the best 11.
How the fuck he got in the top 111 after his calamitous performance for Brazil in the WC and inept performances for Chelsea previously.
It's like Garth Crooks team of the week, if a defender scores for one of "top" 4 teams it's a given he'll be in that team despite an excellent performance by any other defender.

It's all a load of bollocks really isn't it?
Everyone there gets asked to vote, then when somebody picks a few players that do not toe the line, he gets ridiculed.
The players voted the 2 best do not vote for each other, instead picking their team mates.
The Wales manager votes for a Welsh player.
Etc, etc.
It's about as important as the Eurovision Song Contest.
